Merchant Warrior takes control of all billing responsibilities whilst offering merchants the capability to modify recurring cycles to conform to their business requirements.
Merchants are able to take advantage of Merchant Warrior's secure platform that incorporates the creation and modification of recurring payments in an approved PCI Compliant environment.
How does this help with PCI Compliance?

Merchant Warrior Recurring Payments passes on the responsibility of storing, processing and transmitting credit card information to Merchant Warrior. Merchants are not required to store credit card information locally in order to process periodic transactions. Merchant Warrior stores all credit card information securely on behalf of the merchant and enables the merchant to specify custom periods at which the credit cards should be charged.
Some merchants would rather process the transactions themselves, develop custom applications that require periodic billing and still be able maintain PCI Compliance. For these merchants we recommend the Merchant Warrior Token Payments solution.

How does it work?
- Your customer passes their credit card information to you (the merchant) over the phone, by mail order or by other means.
- You configure a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, yearly) in the Merchant Administration Panel under Recurring Payments.
- You enter your customer credit card information into the Merchant Administration Panel under Recurring Payments.
- You specify the schedule at which your customer should be charged and how many times (if necessary).
- Merchant Warrior processes the transactions according to your schedule. You need not worry about it!
- Merchant Warrior provides you with a report (transaction outcomes) on each of the schedules after they are run.
